I’m Fred Gonzalez, the owner of Chicago Power Wash. With more than 11 years of experience in the exterior cleaning industry, I launched this company with a clear mission: to deliver quality workmanship, professionalism, and dependable service to every property we touch.

After over a decade in the field, I’ve handled everything — from heavily stained siding covered in mold to delicate historic brick that required a careful approach. I didn’t start this business just to complete jobs, but to complete them the right way — with precision, attention to detail, and service that earns repeat customers year after year.

Fred's Background

Fred Gonzalez serves as our Operations Manager at Chicago Power Wash. His work ethic started early — at just 16 years old, he began working in his family’s landscaping business while still in high school. During that time, he gained valuable hands-on experience maintaining residential properties, including landscaping, hardscaping, and exterior cleaning services.

After graduating high school, Fred pursued college while continuing to stay actively involved in the family business each summer, assisting with management and daily operations. Over time, he took on greater responsibility, eventually overseeing and fully managing snow removal operations during the winter season.

Fred earned his undergraduate degree, receiving a Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University. Shortly after graduating, he enlisted in the U.S. Army – Illinois Army National Guard. He proudly continues to serve and remains active in the Illinois Army National Guard today.

I’m Milton Gonzalez, Manager at Chicago Power Wash and the proud brother of our founder, Fred Gonzalez. With over 7 years of experience in the exterior cleaning industry, I’ve worked alongside Fred to help build a family business rooted in integrity, strong work ethic, and outstanding results.
